QED Labs was created out of a Property Investment business managing over 2,650 properties. We understood the challenges of property management firsthand — the endless admin, the coordination headaches, and the time spent on tasks that could be automated.

In 2024, we created QED Property Management with a simple mission: to provide the best block and lettings management possible for our own portfolio. We wanted technology that actually worked for property managers, not against them.

After trying numerous solutions on the market and finding them all lacking, we made a bold decision. We hired a world-leading engineer from Google DeepMind and set ourselves on a trajectory to build the best property management software on the market.

We focused on repairs because it represented the biggest opportunity to fully automate laborious admin tasks. Repairs coordination is traditionally one of the most time-consuming aspects of property management.
